Fleshies are a series of small hard drive-sized devices which emanate a glowing hue or frenetic, hive-minded video from their flesh-like silicone casings embedded with synthetic hair. The works developed from ruminations on transhumanism, a belief that humans can evolve beyond their physical and mental limitations through the merging of self with technology.
